Our goal is to create a letter that feels interesting, understandable, and meaningful specifically for your child.
And if your child grows older or their interests change over time, we will change along with them.

We do our best to write in a way that makes it enjoyable for adults to join in with the child as well.

We send letters on the 1st and 15th of every month.
On those days, we send you a photo of your envelope with a stamp, so you know that the letter is already on its way.

What if a letter gets lost?
We will resend it for free.

If your letter has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry — we are always here and ready to help.

First, please make sure enough time has passed since the letter was sent:

within the United States — up to 10 business days,

to other countries — up to 2–3 weeks.

If the letter still has not arrived, simply contact us through the contact form on our website or by email.
We will send you a new letter free of charge.

It is very important to us that your child does not miss out on the magic.
So we will always find a solution — whether that means resending the letter or temporarily providing a digital version.

We truly believe in the magic of real paper letters — in the excitement a child feels when opening an envelope, the rustle of the paper, and the feeling that this letter is real, as if it came from a magical world.

In addition, each letter comes with extra materials: a postcard, stickers, and a collectible card.
All of them are intentionally made in physical form.
They help the child return to the story again and again — looking at the materials, holding them in their hands, building a collection, and discussing it with loved ones.

This is part of the experience that simply cannot be recreated through a screen.

However, if a letter was lost, damaged, or you are temporarily in a place where receiving paper mail is not possible, we will gladly send a digital copy of the letter upon request.
